Nick Smith was elected Chair of Labour in the City in 2020.  Nick is a financial services policy specialist and works for a global asset management body.  His role focuses on public policy and regulatory issues for non-bank lenders and he is the author of multiple research papers on the role of alternative finance.  Nick has a degree in Politics and Modern History from the University of Manchester.
