Angela Eagle holds the shadow Business brief and has made it her personal mission to see as wide a range of industry voices as possible. Shortly before her performance at Prime Minister’s Questions won her rave reviews, she spent the day in the City with LiTC meeting representatives from across the Square Mile.

Her long parliamentary career stretches back to 1992 and has included time as Exchequer Secretary during the financial crisis, and a number of wider ministerial and Shadow Cabinet roles.
